Remote Computer Services
Remote computer service starts with you downloading a program. You then read us a unique, one-time code over the phone and we gain temporary access to your computer screen, where we can both work together to solve issues if needed.
Sometimes for quick problems or if you’re out of town, remote sessions can be a lifesaver, and since we bill at the in-shop rate of 50/hour instead of 60-90, it saves you money.
Note: Some problems cannot be solved remotely, such as network problems (click here) or hardware.
